Dents and (http://maplered.com) dull finish on newly installed Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) s

Hello,

I'm new to this board and (http://maplered.com) wanted some advice.  I just had new Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) s installed (Verde Fantastico Granite).  We had a dupont edge made.  First issue was the edge.  It is not smooth and (http://maplered.com) had small bumps across it... the fabricator told me that it's typical when you are using the edge bit - if you hit a vein it would create this uneven edge..(although I see it in areas not veined).  Second issue that I just noticed is that in areas they re-polished, I see a small "dent" about the size of a golf ball.. also, the polish is not clean (meaning you can see swirls on the surface, like if you didn't clean it properly).  My question is.. I am being picky or does it seem like my fabricator didn't do a good job?  I have seen similar Stone (http://g603.net) s and (http://maplered.com) edges in showrooms and (http://maplered.com) they look perfect.
